Wine with a bright straw yellow color, very fine and lively perlage. Intense, enveloping and balanced bouquet, with notes reminiscent of green apple, wisteria, peach and acacia flowers. Rich, intense, soft, fresh on the palate and notes that have complete correspondence with the perfume.
Vineyard location: from the vineyards of Negrisia (Treviso – Italy)
Growing system: G.D.C., guyot
Vines per hectare: n. 3.500
Vinification: after the grapes are harvested, the whole berries and bunches are subjected to pressing, from which the “flower must” is obtained. Cold static decantation of the must is followed. With the inoculation of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. The wine is then racked and left to refine for a few months. The second fermentation takes place at a low temperature in an autoclave.
Alcohol content: 10.50% – 11.50% may vary depending on vintage
Storage: in a cool place at 12 ° -16 ° C, potected from light, avoiding prolonged periods in the fridge.
