The controlled Designation of Origin (D.O.C.) Orcia was born in 2000 between the areas of Vino Nobile and Brunello. The Doc requires a minimum of 60% Sangiovese. Starting from vintage 2019, our Centosei is produced from Organic agricolture, the bottle is 100% recycled,
the cork is made of sugar cane fibre zero carbon foutprint. From vintage 2021 the Centosei will be certified Organic.
