Our Grappa aged with Merlot grapes, which by law rests for at least 12 months in small wooden barrels, is obtained through the unusual mixture of grape distillate and Merlot most.

Distillation system: discontinuous bainmarie alembic still and steam current distillers
Woods used: French oak barriques from our cellars
Color: yellow with amber reflections.
Bouquet: ripe and dried fruit, licorice, vanilla
Taste:fine and intense, complex, hints of cotton candy, persistent, pleasantly alcoholic
Service: room temperature in a tulip glass, after a few minutes of oxygenation. Ideal at the end of a meal and as an accompaniment to bitter cocoa chocolate
